Trader
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Trader. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them in full. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, and pay particular attention to the sections on what the service is and on risk.
1. Who we are
Trader is operated by the entity identified in our Privacy Policy, established in Portugal. You can reach us at the email address shown there.
2. Object and acceptance
These terms set out the rules for using the platform. If you do not agree with them, you should not use Trader.
3. What the service is
Trader produces informational analysis of the Nasdaq-100 index and its related micro futures contracts. You choose a lookback window; the platform collects public market data for that window and passes it to a language model, which returns a directional interpretation for the same span forward.
The output is educational and informational content. It is a probabilistic reading of public data produced by a language model, and it can be wrong.
4. What the service is not
We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, an investment firm, a financial adviser or a portfolio manager. We are not authorised or regulated as any of those, and we do not hold client money or client assets.
Nothing on the platform is investment advice, a personal recommendation, an inducement to trade, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No output takes account of your circumstances, objectives, experience or risk tolerance, because we do not know them and do not ask.
We do not execute anything. The platform is not connected to any broker or trading account, places no orders, and cannot open, modify or close a position. Every trade you make is placed by you, elsewhere, on your own decision and your own responsibility.
5. Risk warning
Trading futures is high risk and leveraged. Losses can exceed the capital you commit, and can accumulate quickly. Intraday scalping in particular concentrates that risk into very short holding periods.
Past performance, historical data and any figures shown on the platform do not indicate or guarantee future results. We make no representation that any reading will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for you.
Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely. If you are in any doubt, obtain independent advice from a suitably qualified and appropriately authorised professional before trading.
6. Your own decisions
You are solely responsible for every trading decision you take and for its consequences. You agree that you will exercise your own judgement, and that you will not treat any output of the platform as a substitute for it.
Any profit or loss figure you record in your history is self-reported by you, for your own reference. We do not verify it, and it is not an audited or independently confirmed track record — neither yours nor the platform’s.
7. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trader. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
8. Credits and free use
Each account gets a set number of predictions per trading day at no cost. That daily allowance does not accumulate — unused predictions do not carry over to the next day.
Beyond that allowance, an account can hold credits, which do not expire and are used only once the day’s free predictions are gone. Credits may be paid for. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The service is free at this time. We may change that and offer paid plans or paid features, with advance notice; any charge will always depend on your express acceptance.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or breach its security, not to access it through automated scraping or abuse, not to resell or redistribute its output as your own service or as a signal feed, and not to impersonate others. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules.
10. Third-party data
Market data, news and calendar information come from third-party sources. It may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate, and individual sources can fail at any time — when that happens, a prediction records which inputs were missing. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any third-party data.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, texts and software are protected and belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
12. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Market data providers, the language-model provider and the platform itself can all be unavailable without notice.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or other damage arising from your use of the platform, from any reading it produces, from any decision you take on the basis of it, or from the unavailability, delay or inaccuracy of any data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can contact us at any time by email. As a consumer, you also have access to the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) and the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, where Trader is established. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
